Randy
Wesson. 6am-10am. It was almost a given that Randy would end up in radio. In the first grade, Randy's teacher
would always add comments to his report card. "Randy talks too much in class." "Great job but he
talks too much." "Can't get him to shut up." You get the idea. Despite the talking issue, he graduated
from RHS in 1983.
Randy broke into radio in 1986 right here in Roseburg. After a nine year stay at that station, he moved to Corvallis
to do mornings, then Eugene.
Next it was on to the Albany/Salem area on another country station. That went well for three or four years but
came to an end about the same time as his divorce. With the end of the relationship he felt the need to do something
different (i.e. he went nuts) so he spent the next five years climbing radio towers. There is nothing like being
at the top of a 400 foot frozen tower in Montana in the middle of January to make you realize that you miss a nice
warm studio.
Randy's last move came after a phone call with Mike Carter. When he heard Best Country 103 had an opening for a
morning show host he beat feet for Roseburg. Randy says "it's great to be home again. The people of Douglas
County are truly the best! And I can honestly say, Brooke Communications is the best company that I have ever worked
for."

Roseburg, Or. "Crashley" realized she needed a new career after realizing stunt car driving wasn't supposed
to be on the open rode and turned her eye back toward radio and became a very welcome fixture on the Brooke Communications
radio station morning shows. Her patience and perseverance led her right where she knew she always wanted to be.

Lincoln she is now the Smith portion of the Smith & Wesson Morning Show.

his weekday show on BestCountry103...and is loving it!!!
