Official Contest Rules All contests are open to all legal U.S. residents except employees and their families and persons living in the same household of this station, Brooke Communications Inc., and all other sponsors and their agencies and subsidiaries. Brooke Communications and its agencies and all other sponsors of contests reserve the right to change contest rules and or prizes as needed. Only one prize will be awarded to an individual in a 30 day period. Upon winning, contestants have one week to claim their prize, with the exception of all concert tickets. Concert tickets must be picked up by 5:00 PM on the day won. Station is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. All taxes, gratuities, and expenses incurred when receiving prizes from Brooke Communications will be the responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued in excess of $600.00 for a single prize or cumulatively in one year will be reported to the IRS, Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Brooke Communications reserves the right to request the signing of a release form. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes won from this station are not exchangeable and must be picked up during business hours of: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, no prizes can be mailed. One entry per person. All winners must be 18 years or older No purchase is necessary to enter games and contests. All contestants, by their entry in contests, grant permission to Brooke Communications, the sponsors and their agents, the right to publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, character likeness, or voice, and the fact that he or she was a participant and/or prize winner and all other matters incidental thereto without further compensation. As a condition of receiving his/her prize, the winner must sign a form releasing Brooke Communications and its agencies and all other sponsors of contests from liability as well as from and against any loss, personal injury, or other damage sustained by the contestant arising from his or her participation in the contest, or from participating in any activity relating to the prize received.
